Will moving our call traffic interrupt the quality of service we receive?

Nothing changes in terms of the line and call quality, the switch to us is seamless with no interruption to your service on the day of transfer. The only change is that you now call us for all aspects of your calls and lines.

Does it cost anything to move our call traffic?

No, there are no costs involved in moving your existing services from your current provider to Ridgeway Telecom.

Will my call charges be regularly reviewed and remain competitive?

We regularly review all Customers’ tariffs, leaving you to focus on doing what you do best – running your business.

Can you arrange new installations?

Yes. Just give us a call and we will take care of the process for you.

Will I have a dedicated Account Manager?

Yes, your dedicated Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of your account, your single point of contact for the term of the contract.

How much money will you save my business?

Each case if different but we regularly achieve costs savings of up to 42% against BT’s standard UK rates.

How restrictive is the contract?

We don’t subscribe to complicated packages like annual spend commitments or complex discount schemes. In our experience our Customers stay with us because they want to – not because they have to.

Can I move my BT featurelines?

We can transfer your featureline number to our system and convert it to a standard analogue line, completely free of charge.
Most of the call management services that a Featureline package offers can be added to an analogue line as individual items.

What happens if I have a fault?

Call us and we will arrange for the line to be tested and (if required) we’ll arrange for an Openreach engineer to visit.

If I move from BT won’t I be pushed to the back of the queue if I have a problem?

Definitely not! All communication suppliers have equal support and access from Openreach Engineers.
